-- you time your walks around the office building by how fast your desktop screen blacks out.
It's like -- you have "planned walks" around the building in the first place.
Ah, the times, how they change us.
In case you're wondering where this came from, I've been working at a suburban office building during the summer, learning about small office culture, and rivers, and streets with no people on them -- basically, what it's like to not spend your day rushing to and from classes in the downtown core. I can tell you that it's a very strange way of life.
On a side note, I recently chose my courses for the next year. Exciting times in the fall term!
